How to Submit a Maintenance Request:
If you have a broken appliance in your unit or need something fixed, please let us know right away! Submitting a maintenance request takes less than 5 minutes.
Here's how to do it:
First, open your SRS Resident App (look for the house icon)
Tap "Maintenance" on your home screen or tap your profile picture in the top right corner and select "Create Maintenance Request"
Enter a description of the issue and upload photos
Click "Submit Maintenance". ...that's it!!
Maintenance requests will be sent directly to your property manager so that we can fix the issue as soon as possible. ✓
