Support for Current Placements

Technical Issues

Hopefully you won’t run into any issues while using StudentRoomStay but if you have any technical difficulties, here’s what to do.

  • If the mobile app is not working properly, please try closing completely out of the app and reopening. If that does not help, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

  • If you are having issues with the website, please try a different browser.

  • For best results use a personal computer / laptop instead of a mobile phone or tablet.

  • If the above solutions don’t work, please complete this form and one of our representatives will follow up with you shortly.


If the issue is not life threatening, but there is a concern that needs to be promptly addressed, we will have representatives available after hours. Host families are encouraged to reach out to SRS customer service when difficult situations arise. We have a staffed 24/7 helpline that hosts and students can use should an emergency arise. Please use this number ONLY for emergencies!
